Z Airport Parking Lot (Propark)

We booked here specifically to get our electric car charged while we were traveling, as the airport doesn't have a charging station yet. When I noticed the night before our return that the car had not been charged yet, I called. The attendant said he would plug it in right away. He did not. This resulted in us needing to add both time and distance to the next phase of our trip. On top of this, the shuttle bus from the airport is was not marked "Z Parking", it was blank on the side with "Propark" on the front. We let one shuttle go by, placed two calls to the lot attendant, and waited 45 minutes before the shuttle came back around. More time lost. I do not recommend this service. "The Parking Spot" had frequent shuttles, at least six came in the time that we were waiting for the Z lot shuttle.

Referred to Z Parking by neighbors since we are new to area. The location is convenient to the airport and pricing is fair and includes shuttle to and from the airport. Drivers and staff were positive and welcoming on both ends of our trip. I only wish they had a second shuttle to speed up the wait time to return from the airport to the lot. After a long flight, we waited over 30 minutes at the curb for pick up while other providers had shuttles coming and going every few minutes while we waited and waited. I realize this was a very busy day (12/26th), but the business should have been better prepared.

Service has always been excellent. Lot location and reasonable prices kept me as a customer. The last shuttle I took to catch a departing flight broke down and would not restart. We were about a quarter mile away and everyone went on foot with luggage, all uphill to the terminal. The driver did say they would send another shuttle. That’s been the only problem in my personal experience. A credit on my final bill have WOULD have been appropriate but was not offered after I related what happened upon my return . I will use Zair again.

We had a great experience. We were able to park our car and when we got our car back it was in the same way we left it. Also, the shuttle bus service exceed what we expected. Once we arrived to park our car the shuttle bus was waiting to bring us to the airport and when we came back it was already at the airport waiting for us to get our car. We were very satisfied and grateful for them. I definitely recommend them. We are planning on traveling again and I’m definitely using them.

We will not be using this service ever again! Before my trip, I called to check if they have charging for electric vehicles, and they said yes. They said my car would be charged the night before my arrival. I can monitor my Tesla on my phone and noticed it hadn't been charged the night before, so I called 3 hours before my early AM flight to ask them to charge it. When I arrived, after my flight, it had not been charged!!! The person at the desk said, oh, the chargers were not functioning all night. I asked why I wasn't notified and he said he didn't know. I really should get a full refund, but didn't have time to argue because I had to get to an appointment. I specifically used that parking service because of the charging capability, but will not be going there again!!!!

Getting to the airport was no problem after valeting my vehicle. The driver was great. However, my return was a different story. Even though Z Parking knew when I was arriving, I still called when I did arrive. I was told that the driver was currently outside of door 4 at BDL airport. I already had my bags so was immediately outside. Apparently, the driver already left with other passengers, not waiting for my husband and I. After 15 minutes I called again and was told that he was unloading the van. I waited a total of 35 minutes out in the cold after my first call before we were picked up. I watched other parking shuttles come and go several times as I waited. After finally getting picked up and arriving back at their office and The vehicle was reloaded with the new passengers the driver the driver (this was a different driver from the initial one that brought us to the airport) was just hanging around inside the office prior to going back. It was also clear that at least on this day, they only had one shuttle running. Maybe that’s all any of them have, but the other company turnarounds was very fast. I will never use Z parking again. However, I will say that my vehicle was waiting, unscathed and warm when I did arrive.
